Puku Partners with ToTS to encourage parents reading with children
Puku has joined forces with Turn on the Subtitles (ToTS) to tackle South Africa’s literacy crisis by encouraging parents to read with their children. With less than 2% of children’s books published in local languages, Puku aims to change this reality. Through innovative campaigns and community engagement, they are providing access to quality literature and empowering young readers. Zanele Ndlovu, a talented storyteller and author, shares her journey in this initiative, highlighting the importance of introducing children to literature from an early age.
