Delivery Information

The following information is provided to help you understand when and how you will receive your order, but if you require further assistance, please email Customer Service (bookshop@puku.co.za) with details of your order, including the order number, and we will look into it for you.

Delivery information

Most orders will be shipped from our fulfilment partner, Biblionef SA in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday (Weekends).

Due to the processing time at our distribution centre, we may NOT be able to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted.

Delivery Options:

  • We currently offer Door-to-door delivery via Courier
  • P.O. Box addresses are not allowed.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct.
  • The customer must make sure that there will be someone at the given address to receive and sign for the product during working hours.

Free Shipping:

  • We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over R500 ZAR.
  • Applies to all puku.co.za orders shipped to ZA addresses.
  • Items ordered will be delivered within 5 – 14 working days after payment is received.
  • The customer will be notified via e-mail when the product leaves dispatch and will be issued with a tracking link.

Delivery Costs:

  • We charge a flat delivery fee of R100 on orders under R500 ZAR.
  • Delivery charges will be calculated according to the delivery address chosen.

Courier Service Providers:

  • Local deliveries are made via The Courier Guy 
  • Items that are in stock will be delivered within 5 – 14 working days after payment is received unless otherwise stated. Kindly note that the delivery dates are dependent on the area of delivery.

International orders:

  • We currently do not facilitate international online orders. If you are overseas and wish to place an order for overseas delivery, please send us an email at bookshop@puku.co.za for a quote that includes international delivery.
