Calls for a children’s version of Trevor Noah’s popular Born A Crime have finally been answered.
@Trevornoah Please tell me that there will also be a narrated young reader’s version of #bornacrime. It’s a must for our youth! Just finished listening to the original – such beautiful storytelling! ❤️ I hope that my 5th graders can listen someday soon! ❤️😻🤞🏽

The book is described as “a moving memoir filled with proudly South African stories that will entertain and inspire. Born a Crime is the perfect book for thought-provoking debates and insightful discussions about South African history, facing challenges, being a teenager and living in a culturally diverse society.”
Everyone should read/listen to @Trevornoah's amazing book #BornaCrime – and recommend it for the kids. My 10 year old loves it.

Started listening to #BornaCrime today and, man, it is AWESOME. Great audiobook and, so far, amazing literary non-fic. Thank you, @Trevornoah for telling your story and encouraging our kids to do the same. @ProjectLITComm

Every night I hear her crawl into bed and say, "Alexa, play BORN A CRIME."
It's a great book. It really is.
